CSTS Melbourne 2009

Thanks for being part of the global phenomenon that is Can’t Stop the Serenity. This was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the works of Joss Whedon and raise money for a vital cause – Equality Now!
Thanks to everyone who made our event a success! We raised $2,259.98 (USD 1,950.00) for Equality Now!! Our donation has been confirmed by Equality Now and the CSTS Global Team, and added to the Global Donation Tally.
Date: Sunday, 30 August 2009
Location: VCA Federation Hall, 234 St Kilda Road, Southbank (Directions & Map)
Time: 12-4:30pm (Doors open at 11:30am)
Tickets: $15 advance online via GreenTix (plus booking fees) or $20 at the door (cash only).
The event included screenings of Serenity and Dr Horrible’s Sing-along Blog, as well as some very shiny extra special stuff not ever seen before in Melbourne!
PRIZES
There were lots of prizes to be won in our Live Auction, Raffle and Costume Competition! Prizes include items signed by Joss Whedon, Tim Minear, Alan Tudyk, Nathan Fillion, Jewel Staite, Ron Glass, Jonathan Woodward, Nectar Rose, Michael Fairman, Sonny Rhodes, Geoff Mandel, Dichen Lachman and more!
